Technician Taylor Broadbent greeted me upon arrival, discussed service just an oil change today, but discussed other service specials available, requested he note deferred service items. Advised I had already done the transmission service and spark plugs myself. The oil change took less than one hour, quick service, out briefed outstanding maintenance items, all points of service. Very efficient service, and professional technician! Recommend!
At this point it’s the dealership that all of my co workers go to. We won’t choose any other Honda dealership just for their sheer dedication to their customers experience.
My service representative, Antonio Cancilla was exceptionally skilled and helpful. My time spent at the dealership was minimal. All repairs were on time and properly performed.
