People are nice and friendly. I would have liked to have had an estimate within the first 2 hours. I was surprised to see a fee for estimate even if it was applied to work done. I don't remember hearing about it ahead of time. It took more days to finish than I expected. I was grateful for a courtesy loan car.
I needed some necessary maintenance work done. Kevin gave me clear explanations of the work and pricing.
