I did not see my service consultant listed on the Findley Honda website. He is Mr. Dominyc Zuniga, he is dependable, professional, an excellent communicator. Very informed on questions concerning the service! I scheduled some deferred maintenance through him and got an appoint quickly. This was important to me as I will be taking a road trip in the near future! I have additional deferred maintenance items to schedule due to the rotten economy with high fuel costs and rising food prices! So I will save to get those done that ... read more
Jeremiah was wonderful. He really listened to me when I was explaining to him that I was sort of in a dilemma with my decision making. He did his best to minimize my bill and ensured that I got the best service and parts available.
Regular maintenance service and waited in waiting areas. Had appointment and everything was completed in the time frame mentioned at check-in. Dominyc was very helpful and car was washed and ready.
Turner was excellent. He kept me abreast of what needed to be done, giving me a breakdown and a cost and a time it would take to put 2 new tires on my car. I felt confident in his knowledge and customer service. Thank you Turner!!!
Went there the other day for an oil change and was assisted by Aidan Belcher who was amazing from the second I arrived to the second I departed. He was very informative and very friendly. Definitely made my visit memorable.
