New service advisor Jeremy was very helpful the other day and politely quoted some needed vehicle maintenance items for my 2013 Civic 110k interval. I ended up bringing vehicle in today 5/22 to replace the all original plugs, serpentine belt, coolant flush, and oil service and tire rotation. Pricing was lower than even the Toyota quote I got for same work, and he applied a 15% older vehicle service coupon to bring my total even lower than expected.
