I took my 2018 Honda CR-V for the first time to Findlay Honda Henderson for a seatbelt recall. My service advisor was very good at explain the process and approximate timeframe for the service. Additionally, he was able to have the technician install proper splash shield hardware that was missing. Awesome experience. Thank you.

They mis inform you during the sales, when you go to finance guy you see huge difference between the sales man ptice and actual price of the car.

I just find out they screwing my credit by not informing Honda Finance company by not informing them about trading my old Honda with a new Crv. Honda Finance keep calling and asking for payment for the car which I already trade with this dishonest company.
