Poor service by technician, Judy corrected issues to my satisfaction. Judy made sure the original technician will not do any further work on my car.

Everyone I came in contact with was polite, well-mannered, professional and accommodating. The service that I requested was completed correctly. The one glitch was that I needed to pay by check as my credit card had been hacked and therefore shut down the day before, and I don't carry large sums of money. Unfortunately you do not take checks so I needed to go to my bank to make a withdrawal. The young man waiting on me offered to call an Uber at Findley's expense, which was appreciated.
