Ramzi and his team were top notch. They fit both of my vehicles in for maintenance while they were pretty busy. Even gave me a complimentary ride home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership and I could get some stuff done at the house. 100% will be going back because of ramzi and his team!

I had appointment set up 3 weeks before. They are always pleasant on the phone. Came a little early but assigned work to be done on time, Skylar Blythe was my service consultant.
Great service from Cole P. Had to bring my vehicle in for an unexpected battery replacement. Use the express service lane and was in and out within 60 minutes with a new battery for a reasonable price.
Vinnie was great! He was very friendly and professional. I was able to get an oil change within an hour so kudos to the service staff and to Vinnie t for giving an accurate time estimate!
I did not see my service consultant listed on the Findley Honda website. He is Mr. Dominyc Zuniga, he is dependable, professional, an excellent communicator. Very informed on questions concerning the service! I scheduled some deferred maintenance through him and got an appoint quickly. This was important to me as I will be taking a road trip in the near future! I have additional deferred maintenance items to schedule due to the rotten economy with high fuel costs and rising food prices! So I will save to get those done that ... read more
Jeremiah was wonderful. He really listened to me when I was explaining to him that I was sort of in a dilemma with my decision making. He did his best to minimize my bill and ensured that I got the best service and parts available.
