Cole Petto was my excellent service rep at Findlay Honda Henderson. He is very professional, courteous and hands on. I came in with an AC problem. I took my car in for a recall and oil change. The appointment process was easy and I was greeted by Cole, a thoroughly helpful guy. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Brought my Accord in for an oil change. I was hesitant because the last time O had service done, the advisor and the previous technician left me unimpressed due to their lack of quality especially.
