I had a really good experience with Mr Q He was friendly, patient, and made the whole car-buying process a lot less stressful. He really helped me out, and I appreciate him taking the time to work with me. Definitely recommend this dealership!
Experience was very pleasant and very one was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. Mr. Q was very patient and a his deminor a delight to work with.
I went to the dealership for an oil change. Cole informed me that I needed to get alignment and tire rotation done. Cole had me in and out in an hour. About 18 months earlier, I went to this same dealership for an oil change. A plate on the underside of the car was not properly reinstalled and came dislodged on a recent road trip, I went to a dealership out of town, and the dealership fixed it. Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was very patient and helped walked us through everything. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed. He didn’t pressure or rush at us at all, which made us feel very comfortable. Overall the whole process went very smoothly. We had a good experience and would love to work with him again.

Anthony is very professional. He explains the service needed for my car. He is always available when I call to best support.
Generally a five star rating, however my oil change required a trip back to the dealership. Somehow my speedometer was set on kilometers instead of miles. Looked through the car manual could not find how to reset, called dealership could not explain how to reset it, kept saying use the touch screen, 2017 Honda Pilot does not have a touch screen. Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable people. Veru helpful Über service. But of course it is understandable that people would like to make more money advising clients to do more then needed.... that is not something clients appreciate. È-mail request from Honda with a possibility to approve or not approve service is very helpful.
