Honda service department-Henderson, NV, was great as usual! Set me up with a Uber, instead of me waiting. My HRV was done in the time they said, and lined me up with a Uber for return.
Gage was excellent and super patient. My Honda experience was better because of Gage. We ended up buying a Pilot and Gage made sure I was able to get the color and interior that I wanted. Thank you so much Gage.
Service advisor, Skylar was great efficient and helpful when I wasn't sure about my extended warranty. But my alternator was manufactured warranty. Had my car up and running in hour and a half. Even for a Friday. Second experience here, service is 10 Stars.
