What a great experience. Taylor was very professional and caring. He made sure my experience was the best and my car buying experience was quick and efficient. Love Taylor, he was great. Plus the people at Findlay were great. Love working with the service staff. This is now my 4th Honda and the experience just keeps getting better!
Excellent service center! !! Aiden was such a positive service advisor. He took his time with us to explain about the service being done to our CRV. He kept us Updated on the service progress. What a valuable employee he is . AIDEN’s name needs to be on the service employees list .. we give him 5 stars, He deserves 10 .

Aiden was great in the service department. All questions I had were answered perfectly. Communication was also on point, I couldn't get over how fast the service was. It was actually my first time taking my car in for service ever since purchase, he made it a very good and seamless experience.
One of the best if not THE best experiences I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Obi and Vanina are the exact type of service employees that keep customers coming back. They were helpful, friendly, very knowlegable, and made me feel important as a customer.
