Unfortunately, I had to take my Honda CRV in for 3 recalls. Turner explained what was going to happen and it actually took less time than expected. Turner arranged an Uber, and I am very happy with the service.
I needed a new air conditioner compressor, my warranty expired but they gave me a big discount because I had only 23000 miles on it. Thanks to Vinny and Kevin for helping me.
My sales person Anas Haidary was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took his time and walked me through the entire process. The process was short and sweet not like years prior where you sat in the dealerships all day and evening. I had a question on one of the features on my vehicle the next day Anas was very accommodating and walked me thru the process over the phone and ended the conversation with welcoming me to stop by any time for any reason.
Recall and maintenance services under the supervision of Fernando, Service Advisor were very efficient and quick. I came in 7:30AM and I was out at about 10:22AM.
Mr Q my sales person was excellent and very knowledgeable about the product and made my experience very pleasant ! The entire process was great and the entire team were great to work with ! Highly recommend this dealership !!!
