Taylor greeted me out front when I pulled in on a busy Monday morning. He was courteous, straight to the point and got my truck in line for service. It was a battery issue, and I received updates through text message during the visit. I appreciate that I was given reliable time estimates for how long my wait would be, and Taylor went over everything when I picked up my keys. Overall I'm very impressed with Taylor and will turn to him for my future service needs with my Ridgeline!
