I have been there 3 times and each time I get a different level of customer service. Last time I came in for an oil change, received a text within 30 min that my car was ready but my service guy never stopped by. I had to ask another customer service rep where he was and he was sitting behind his desk. I also keep getting mixed recommendations on my recommended service as in they keep changing.
