Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was very patient and helped walked us through everything. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed. He didn’t pressure or rush at us at all, which made us feel very comfortable. Overall the whole process went very smoothly. We had a good experience and would love to work with him again.

Generally a five star rating, however my oil change required a trip back to the dealership. Somehow my speedometer was set on kilometers instead of miles. Looked through the car manual could not find how to reset, called dealership could not explain how to reset it, kept saying use the touch screen, 2017 Honda Pilot does not have a touch screen. Reliable, friendly, knowledgeable people. Veru helpful Über service. But of course it is understandable that people would like to make more money advising clients to do more then needed.... that is not something clients appreciate. È-mail request from Honda with a possibility to approve or not approve service is very helpful.
