I took my Pilot SUV in for an oil change after a 3200 mile trip. I was immediately greeted by Taylor Broadbent. We discussed the service including overdue service items. I asked him to make a list as some of these items are completed by me. I schedule those that I cannot do myself. Taylor is polite and professional, the oil change was completed quickly. My CR-V was overdue for a full maintenance service. Judy Tweedy walked me through what would be inspected and worked on. Judy provided fantastic detail and called me when she knew what service should be performed. All work was done in the same day and Judy even gave my CR-V a much needed wash. Fantastic customer service and Judy will be my go-to service professional from this point forward. Also, Finlay's use of UBER for drop/off and pickup rides between home and dealership is very smooth and much appreciated.
I went to the dealer when my pilot was not working properly. They replaced the part quickly and courteously.

I was treated with courtesy, respect and consideration while my vehicle was being serviced. It took longer than I hoped but that is not the fault of the representative, I realize some things take more time than we would like to wait. I had two separate visits for service, once I waited the other time I was taken by UBER
Thank you Antonio for helping me out with my Passport when it quit running. I appreciate all of your courtesy and accommodating me with a loaner while my car was being fixed. Antonio was extremely helpful and kept in communication with me the entire time.
