I purchased a used 2020 HRV in April 2022 in Wyoming. I recently relocated to Henderson and developed an issue with my air conditioner not running cold air. I brought the HRV to Findlay Honda and met with Skylar Blythe in the Service Department. I explained my situation and noted that I purchased the SUV with 3,300 miles on it and the vehicle now has just under 20,000 miles. Judy helped me with my battery in a extremely timely matter since I was in the middle of a family emergency. The battery was under warranty but she was able to confirm this and get the battery replaced! Thank you judy!
