They get the work timely done, accommodate availability. I have been going there for 18 years, in the last year or so it does seem like they are recommending a lot of service that I am not sure is necessary. I always felt. I could trust them in the past not to oversell or cheat me, but that seems to be changing. If it continues, I guess I will have to get my service done elsewhere.

First salesman standoffish. Left dealer to look elsewhere because of that. Came back and worked with Lee. Customer service was good through final sale docs. Alignment issue didn't get resolved on first attempt at point of sale, return visit was arranged by Lee and still not resolved but will self perform.
