Took my car in for an oil change. It went smoothly and only took about 40 minutes.
Excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable, listened to what our needs were and was very patient with us. He is the best salesman we have ever worked with.
Marissa was very attentive in what we were looking for and knew exactly what we wanted. She was able to show us the car immediately and we took it for a test drive! The greatest part was she was never pushy in trying to get information about us. To me the biggest turn off is when a sales person wants all my personal information prior to purchasing a car. The car is now ours and we are very happy with our purchase, we are also out of state! Come see Marissa, you will not be disappointed.

I'd rather have a root canal than buy another car. The process is always too long and drawn out. With that said, David was very helpful and got us the car at the price we were asking for. Everyone was extremely friendly. I would go back to Findlay if I need another car.

I visited the Findlay Honda Henderson for my 2024 HR-V to be in service and my daughter is looking for a car. Chuck is so accommodating and polite. I am not supposed to replace my car, but he gave me options. I decided to get the 2025 CR-V hybrid. Jeremy helped me with my 2024 HR-V for my first time service. Both of them are an asset to this dealership.
