I had an issue with my CRV. The screen was registering numerous problems. I took tke car to Findlay Honda. The Service Advisor, Turner Burrest was terrific! He called to inform me of my concerns, addressed them, and had the car ready by the end of the day. Turner had put my mind at ease. He, as well as the Honda Team, were courteous, proficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Turner and Finlay Honda!

I visited Findlay Honda Henderson on February 25 due to a recall on my CRV. While there, I added other service items. Devon was pleasant to discuss matters with and he clearly explained the process, reviewed my “LKAS” feature change request, and suggested recommendations. This was my third time visiting the dealer facilities, which are spacious and comfortable. My wait time was fair (was busy doing things on my iPad).

Findlay Honda Henderson was able to fix the issue on my car in great time. I had a failure on my vehicle on a Sunday night and had my vehicle towed to the dealership. They started diagnostics immediately and were able to have the service completed within a few days. Overall very happy with the speed of service, and friendliness of the staff.
Yes my car had a recall. and Judy from day one making the appointment to have it done and meeting her in person was very professional very kind very knowledgeable I really like working with her and she got my car in and out I'm glad I was glad to meet her when my car is ready for service I hope I'll be out I'll be asking for her.
