Excellent service department staff! Everyone was very helpful & respectful! From the very moment we were parking our vehicle, we were quickly offered mineral water to drink. And while waiting for our service counselor, and in a span of only 10 minutes, we were already approached by four different service staff, one after the other, asking if there’s anything they can help us with. I called for scheduling a service appointment for the recalls on my Honda CRV and got an appointment promptly. When I arrived I was greeted by a representative that was ready with the information, informed me of other services that I should take care of and let me know upfront what the cost was going to be. He then arranged for an Uber ride back home and kept me informed of the progress and then called me when the car was ready. The atmosphere was very welcoming as soon as you walked in. Even if someone wasn’t helping you look for a car, they still stopped to make sure everyone was okay.
I was very satisfied with my Advisor. All staff was very friendly. Findlay arranged for my to home trip and return to the dealership as the recall repair was involved several hours. Fernando was very helpful!
