While the final experience was honestly a 5-star thing, I’m taking a point off because actually getting someone to provide a quote over email was difficult. I dealt with what I assume were a couple of bots, as no matter what I said, they just responded with website postings. Once I was able to connect with Landon, things went really smoothly, and I would recommend others to Findlay Honda and Landon specifically. Excellent service center! !! Aiden was such a positive service advisor. He took his time with us to explain about the service being done to our CRV. He kept us Updated on the service progress. What a valuable employee he is . AIDEN’s name needs to be on the service employees list .. we give him 5 stars, He deserves 10 .
