Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments. I like the newly renovated showroom. I have been going there for over 10 years and never had bad service.
Judy was great to work with. It was our first service on our Ridgeline and included a recall also. Judy was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Thank you Judy!
Cole took care of my car due to recall. I had a great experience and well informed.
Cole is very professional and courteous! He took the time to explain everything so I could understand fully. Being elderly, it really shows people care when they have patience. Thank you for going that extra mile, Cole! Keep it up!!
Great customer service and repaired car in a timely manner and I would recommend to everyone
I have always found Antonio to be helpful and communicates well on the service requirements
It was quick and Easy. Thank you Aidan. You guys are very good at customer service.
Findlay Honda did a great job servicing my vehicle. I was in and out. My service advisor was very informative.
Dominyc was my service advisor I took my 2025 Crv Hybrid in to get the two recalls done. Dominyc was great he fixed me up with a uber on Findlays dollar back to my house and another uber to return to dealership when my Crv was done. I was told it would be five hours it was done in three. I was treated great by Dominyc and his attention to detail and help with a ride was amazing. Thank you.
