Like all dealerships, Findlay is a bit more expensive than your local mechanic, and sometimes they try to upsell me like any good sales organization does. I had recall on fuel pump, Jeremy was excellent and professional, I am very happy with the service done
I appreciated the patience and service I received from the sales, and payment processing in buying my new car. I would offer that sales should be more specific when suggesting payments by credit card or debit card as there are limits that should be pointed out in the sales process. The payment people were understanding and did increase some limits which I appreciated. I had a unique set of factors affecting my sale and all were patient and helpful in working with me.
