Kevin was my service advisor and he was very helpful, polite and explained everything in detail upon pick-up.
Great service. Taylor was excellent, quick, and made sure that my car is taken care of.
I worked with Devin on an oil, tire and differential service. He was courteous, efficient and communicated very well throughout the process - A+.
Went because of a recall on my car and my service provider was Andrew. I've gone here a few times before and this was probably the 1st time I didn't feel like I was being looked down on or being made to look stupid when going alone. Great service from Andrew.
Service has been exceptional since I bought my Honda CRV Hybrid. Judy Tweedy is top notch providing customer service.

I had an issue with my CRV. The screen was registering numerous problems. I took tke car to Findlay Honda. The Service Advisor, Turner Burrest was terrific! He called to inform me of my concerns, addressed them, and had the car ready by the end of the day. Turner had put my mind at ease. He, as well as the Honda Team, were courteous, proficient, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Turner and Finlay Honda!
Everything was great and the salesman’s were good and had great customer service, I would buy another car from this dealership.
