Taylor came out and greeted me right away walked me through what was gonna be done and called me immediately when the car was finished and had it ready for me. Very pleased with the service I received from Taylor and Henderson Honda.
Service department (Judy) took great care of my vehicle. The recall item was examined and determined to be fine. It did not need repair.
My experience with the service of my CRV was excellent. I was met at my car within 1 minute of arriving. Taylor introduced himself and asked me a few questions about what my car needed, then showed me the waiting area. A couple minutes later, I received a text letting me know how long the service should take and if I needed anything during my wait, I could just respond to his text. Marissa was very helpful with assisting me with finding the car that I wanted. She kept me in the loop the entire time during the whole car buying process.
I would buy again from Q at Findlay Honda he was very patient with me and did not apply high pressure tactics when I first went in. When I went back the next week I was ready to buy and Q was my salesperson. He thoroughly explained my new CRV to me and did not rush me. Changed my opinion of buying a car new.
