Great job on my Chrysler 300 I take my Chrysler 300 to Findlay for routine maintenance and warranty repairs. Dugan was the most recent representative that helped me. He was outstanding in addressing my concerns. He is a great employee and I am a happy customer!!

Good bunch of people Brought my Jeep here for a service and was very impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and family feeling from the moment I walked through the door. I am having issues with my key fobs and instead of trying to sell me new key fobs right away, they asked if I could bring the vehicle in so they could try and diagnose the issue first. I like that they try to figure out what’s wrong before changing me for parts I may not need. They seemed to really want to save me money.

Best car buying experience ever! We bought our 2018 Jeep Compass. We absolutely love it. There was no pressure, no hassle. We stopped they took our information and we went home. They called back within a couple hours, we went signed paperwork and wifey drove home a happy new "fake Jeep" owner. I consider anything not CJ, or Wrangler a fake Jeep. However, this was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. We will be back for a Wrangler in the future!
