Took my Jeep in for a recall-service and, unfortunately, Took my Jeep in for a recall-service and, unfortunately, their computers were down. Ben, the service advisor, was very apologetic and said he would call me as soon as the system was back up. I ended up going in the next day and they performed the recall right away. Plus, they have cookies and coffee in the waiting area! Woo-hoo!
