Pain free vehicle shopping - a rarity! We recently made our 2nd purchase of a new truck from Findlay. Jake, our salesman, was thorough, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Price negotiation process was just a bit of back and forth by text. We got a good price and had a pleasant experience.
Ram 2020 1500 Customer service is great there. These people are nice and treat you right. My gripe is waiting. I never knew that. Waiting for an appointment and parts could be worse than getting into the dentist. Been waiting months now for an exhaust manifold for aI never knew that. Outstanding Customer Service I had a major engine failure that required replacement with a new Ram EcoDiesel Engine. The Service Manager communicated well on the status of the new engine and coordinated with Ram Warranty Dept. saving me time and stress.
