Ben, the service advisor, was very apologetic and said he would call me as soon as the system was back up. I ended up going in the next day and they performed the recall right away. Plus, they have cookies and coffee in the waiting area! Woo-hoo!

Ram 2020 1500 Customer service is great there. These people are nice and treat you right. My gripe is waiting. I never knew that. Waiting for an appointment and parts could be worse than getting into the dentist. Been waiting months now for an exhaust manifold for aI never knew that.
