Garrett is great! He’s very anxious to help and keeps us informed and updated. He has the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Definitely a positive asset to the company. Kudos! I would give them a ZERO star review if I could. I would give them a ZERO star review if I could. I called to make an appointment for 10am on a weekday to have 4 things done on my 2025 Ram. I needed an oil change, tires rotated, a recall for the trailer brakes, and to have a sensor in my bumper fixed. I dropped my truck off at 730 on the day of the appointment so they could have all day to make the fixes. I arrived at 330pm to find that they had done NOT one of the things that I needed. NONE.
