After dropping off our Gladiator, Issac, our service writer told me he would do his best to work us in. He not only got the diagnostics completed, but also had the issue resolved by 2 pm the same day. Issac provided outstanding service and kept me informed as the process progressed. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for any service needs.

I drove 3. I drove 3.5 hours to buy a vehicle specifically from Findlay because they had the best deal in 3 states. Casey Seamons did my paperwork for the Jeep make and model that I wanted. It was an awesome experience. I drove home in my new Jeep Gladiator very happy with the entire process.

Items that need attention are: 1. Items that need attention are: 1. Your reminder list for services needed is woefully inaccurate. I have asked about accurizing it to no avail. 2. More importantly, Mopar warranty inclusions do not always remind the service writers if a certain repair item is covered. If it’s all in one system, it should automatically notify the service writer it is covered. Seems I need to review my policy on every visit to the dealership and not depend on your database.
