Was introduced to Justin Taylor by a friend who had a great experience with Henderson Findlay Cadillac. From the get go, there was no pressure, only friendliness. Andy Rhee completed the sale with us and was extremely experienced with all the bells and whistles. Sonia in finance can't go unnoticed. She took her time with us and the experience was painless. Derek took amazing care of us getting our perfect XT4 from out of state. No dickering, straight shooter, deal was agreed to over the phone. We flew in to LV, Derek picked us up at the hotel the following morning, then took us to Findlay Cadillac where our XT4 was waiting. Smooth transaction. A+, thank you for the experience!
