I like going to Findlay Cadillac because the service is great and Ricardo my service rep knew his job and very friendly. The waiting room was very clean and they have snacks while you wait. David J

Derek and Monica are the definition of perfection in auto sales. My one complaint is I did not get a cool pen Porshe gave me a carbon fiber pen I know Cadillac has cool pens They should give you a free pen when you buy a CT5 Blackwing Shame on you Cadillac for being out done by foreigners !!!

Ricardo my service rep. was great to work with. His timing for the service was right on. . To me the service tech appeared to be very thorough on their inspection of the vehicle. I have always tried to service my car with the brand of car with the same car brand dealership counting on their knowledge and training of that brand of car.
Excellent service, recall accomplished quickly and efficiently. Courteous people and a pleasant experience all the way around.
