I am on my 2nd Cadillac from Findlay. Service is amazing. Benj is my current service contact. This trip was excellent for my 45K maintenance. I learned on this trip that my first service contact Keith Acree trained Benj. It shows. They take great care of me and my caddy. I have been a happy customer for almost 14 years.
I have been bringing my car here for a little over 3 years now, the service is fantastic starting with my service rep. which is Daniel Botta. He makes sure to explain in detail all service to be done on my car and he makes sure that I am in and out in a very timely manner. My service has always been done right the first time!! so yes I would recommend Findlay Cadillac in Henderson to anyone looking for a very reliable place to get their vehicle checked out or serviced. I would recommend Findlay to all my friends. The service is excellent, the mechanics know what they are doing and always explain how, what and why. They make time for my repairs and get them done. The prices are fair for the work that is done. There are even discount coupons offered on the Cadillac app which I took advantage of!
