Kelvin was great, staying in constant contact with me at all times. The truck was beautiful and clean, and he probably spent a half hour showing me the nuances of the Escalade. The dealership is awesome with plenty of vehicles to choose from (far more than they had in Salt Lake City). Now for the reason the perfect 10 at that point slid to a 5. Awesome attention to detail, before and after the sale. My husband and I bought cars, so Justin spent a large part of his day with us. He even brought in lunch for us, first time EVER a car salesman has done that. He is patient and very knowledgeable about Cadillac vehicles.
