Awesome attention to detail, before and after the sale. My husband and I bought cars, so Justin spent a large part of his day with us. He even brought in lunch for us, first time EVER a car salesman has done that. He is patient and very knowledgeable about Cadillac vehicles. Highly recommend you ask for his help when you’re shopping for a new car

Have a 10 year old SRX, they have taken care of it from day one
I have worked with Tyler Sullivan in the past, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable about my XT5. Unfortunately, my A/C stopped working, so I brought it in for service. Tyler checked some things to see if it was a minor repair. Unfortunately, it ended up being the A/ C compressor. Tyler offered a coupon discount over the original estimate and my car was repaired within a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend seeing Tyler if you need service on you Cadillac.
Tyler gave excellent service. The first service person that hasn’t tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Very attentive and professional.
