Joe at Findlay did a great job servicing my XT5. Key to me, outside of competent mechanics, is good communication. Joe followed up throughout the maintenance to keep me apprised of status. He also worked hard at keeping my bill as low as possible - greatly appreciated!
Sharon is always on top of her game when it comes to supplying a loaner vehicle when your personal vehicle is in for service......outstanding customer service!
