We went to test drive the Cadillac Optiq on Thursday and Morgan was the sales person who helped us. She was great! I hate dealing with pushy sales people but she was very helpful without being pushy. She was also very responsive after the purchase, as we had some questions about the operation of the auto. Morgan is very helpful, courteous and responsive to our calls and questions. We wanted to test drive a car on Saturday. I don’t like salespeople in general, as so many are annoying! However, a responsive, kind, and very likable woman approached us. Morgan was good at listening, very respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and fun! We drove off the dealership with our new Optiq! Between Morgan and Ronnie (the finance guy), it was a dream experience! I would recommend Findlay Cadillac to anyone who will listen! If you visit, look for Morgan! She is the best!
