"Sold duplicate transmission service" Visiting from Oregon and needed an oil change. Was told Acura recommended additional transmission services totaling over $400. Upon returning to my home town dealer for another oil change I reviewed prior service records only to find out the transmission services had been performed only 6,000 miles prior. Even contacting Acura corporate has yielded very little except an apology. While I've owned an Acura since 1988, this will most likely be my last one.
"waste of my time and money" Worst buying experience in my life. Absolutely horrible. Only positive part was their sales person. Purchased 2016 MDX certified with 7000 miles for 46.000 $. As soon as I left their parking lot the car started shaking. After few days stopped at their dealersip. Reason for shaking - all tires were defective. Really ? "Worst deal for your money " Hello fellow reviewers , let me drop this summarized version of my experience . So I purchased a certified vehicle back in May of 2017 with these guys . Originally my loan was done incorrectly and with other consent . I was able to get that fixed but shortly after all the service issues started happening . I have taken my car back several times to seek service and the all keeps being dropped . "Arrogant Manager" Alex Gonzalez was rude and arrogant towards me. He said this is the final offer, take it or leave it. Will never buy a car here.
"No respect for disabled persons" Showed up at dealer, all disabled parking spots had a iras parked in them. Found sales rep Gary. He did not seem interested in selling car. Did not seem to care handicap parking spots were taken by their cars.
" Misleading customers" Did not reveal inportant information and charge you extra money. When you go back and report the issue they dont take any responsibilty and instead blame you.
"BUYER BEWARE" At Findlay Acura it is truly BUYER BEWARE. On 7/15/16, my wife and I went in to buy a 2017 White ILX from salesman, Joe Marino. After the usual back and forth negotiating we went into the finance office to sign the normal mountain of paperwork. Like most, I did not read everything put in front of me. "only fair" After purchasing a RDX, my salesman John Williams was caught in several lies when I asked if my registration ready for pickup at the dealer. He told me there was no-one was on duty (it was a saturday, the most busy day of the week). I drove to the dealership and discovered all the offices were open and functioning. He explained he was too busy to call me back. I went back to the service department the next week to have a small piece of trim replaced. They were the best, courtesy and kindness prevailed.
"Slimey Cars Salemen and Team " I regret my decision to buy a car here. Not only did I find a lot of issues with car after I purchased it. Everyone from the GM Kevin, to the finance manager, the guy who answered the phone and my cars salesman Anthony were condescending liars.
