The experience of as fantastic until the end. Would never deal with the Finance Mgr again. Very aggressive, bullying and verbally abusive. He should not be dealing with the public. No one should be treated like that when spending quite a bit of money buying a luxury car.

Car bought from you with a five-year warranty you are not honoring it. You sold me a bill of goods that isn’t true on the used car and the only reason I took it was because of the five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty that you promised I was going to have and you have not fulfilled that and then you try to get me in the more expensive pieces When I’m in there it’s very deceptive and I will never buy a car from you again and if there’s anything I can do the advertise and deter people from you I will

My service manager is John and I had zero issues with him on how he handled everything. My issue is with the mechanics that worked on a vehicle under lack of respect for my Porsche, especially with WHITE INTERIOR! -driver door scuffed with black markings -engine bay were never washed as I made multiple request as part of the service was coolant leak. My phone keeps randomly going silent while I’m driving! The navigation disconnects daily. The windows are still sticky, the transmission sounds like it’s on its last leg. The stereo system randomly turns monotone, I’ve already had to replace two tires, and the problems just keep piling up. And to top it all off, I find out that Acura lied about the car never being in an accident, what a complete joke! Not to mention the countless hours I’ve wasted trying to get these problems fixed at both Acura dealerships.

All of a sudden my car needs $6000. 00 worth of repairs. It’s there every 3000 miles, never a word before.
I buy my car at this dealership and I like it. But the service advisor I had yesterday is not friendly.
Service side is okay sales side is crazy bad. Those guys make their sale then forget you even bought a car. Once you drive off the lot they forget about you and just pass you on to the service. My car wasn’t even cleaned properly for the sale and I couldn’t get any service for it afterwards because the sales guys didn’t want nothing to do with it afterwards. Terrible service
Was given wrong information on comp service plan, told me I only get 5k included when it's supposed to be 1 year total
