Offered a detailed plan for service, then shown to a comportable waiting area with coffee, bottles of water, and even ice cream. Needless to say, my vehicle was serviced, washed, and I was presented with a thorough follow up of suggestions for my next appointment. All in all, I was very impressed and would reffer anyone to Findlay Acura.

When I visited the dealership later in the week, Ty helped me finalize everything quickly and painlessly. Chris even delivered the car to me personally once the detailing was complete. These guys provided the best service I've ever had at a car dealership, hands down.

I leased a 2012 TSX Wagon, the process was incredibly quick, to the point and surprisingly hassle free. The salesman, Ty, was polite and answered all my questions and when he couldn't his manager, Chris, was quick to assist.
