This place flat out ripped me off for $3000 I'm 100% disabled veteran and don't recommend this place to anyone period. I came back to cancel the extended warranty & explain what happened to the manager. The manager must get a piece of the sale because he acted like he didn't give a xxxx what I had to say. I'll never go back .
I just have to feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t care about how they make a paycheck.. These guys operate in bad faith!!
I went to this dealership and bought a 2004 Rsx. I bought a vehicle there only for three week and I have to keep coming back to fix the same problem that happened for third time and now no one won’t give me call back to solve this problem!
The sales and leasing personnel were not at all helpful when I attempted to get info on buyout on lease
We took our 2014 Acura MDX in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago. The service department informed us that the front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced ($1367.96) and both front lower control arm bushings were torn ($963.99). I got a second opinion from the mechanic that I take the Acura to when I want the truth and he informed me that NEITHER needed to be fixed. "Great Car bu Unethical" I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Acura ILX from Findley Acura In Henderson. The car runs great and I look forward to taking care of the car. This is the good part about my transaction with this company. When going through the financing, I was directed to a man named Matt Pesce, the finance director. I had some issues with him. "Horrible buying experience" Despite having done all my paper work days in advance I had to wait 2 hours just to hand them a check. Apparently they have 15-20 people who can sell cars but only one who can be handed a check when you’re paying CASH for a new car. Then none of the all weather floor mats had been installed and when I pointed that out they can me the boxes of floor mats and made me put them in. You’ll get more “luxury” treatment at a normal Honda dealership.
"Ripped odd my elderly parents " This dealer tricked my elderly parents into leasing a vehicle when their car was almost paid off. My father has dementia and mother has other medical conditions. They will be unable to make the payments and now lost all of their equity in their 2 year old vehicle. The dealer is unwilling to reverse the deal even though it should be void since my parents did understand what they were signing. Please never buy a car from them.
