"Our salesman, Michael Pool, and the entire sales staff..." Our salesman, Michael Pool, and the entire sales staff were professional, friendly, and helpful in every way to make our purchase experience very pleasant and a positive one. When I took our 2008 RDX back for service ten days later, the service staff were equally as professional, friendly and helpful! I would recommend this dealership to family and friends for purchasing a new or certified vehcile.

"I proposed a price and they essentially met it. They..." I proposed a price and they essentially met it. They worked through the payment process so that it came out exactly like I wanted. While it took a long time to get the paperwork done, Mike Pool sat with me and made sure that I had everything I needed. Several managers who were not part of the negotiation came over and expressed their appreciation for my business. I felt welcome. Thus, the whole process exceeded my expectations.

Hello, we experienced the same issue in the trip home Sunday night. The service brake assist warning stayed in then went off after sitting overnight. Also I noticed there are 2 dents in the top of the driver's front fender that were not there when I checked into service. Please advise on when the dealership can have those removed via PDR.

Everything is always great but only concern is the Carwash. I don't think they clean the windshields properly

Brought my car in because it makes a buzzing sound when it accelerates. They told me it was fine. My car still makes the noise. They said it was the exhaust, that's great, but they didn't do anything to get rid of the noise, just said bring it back when it gets louder.

Chris from service is horrible. If you’re assigned Chris as your service advisor, just know that he will lie and speak nonsense when you call out his xx. Long story short: Brought my car in for a service update. Chris calls me hours later to say that it was “already done during my previous visit”. That was a lie. I go back to the dealership and he shows me a TSB doc that has nothing to do with why I even came in that day. I pointed that out and provided proof that the update was not completed. They tell me $245 for my car maintenance, when is time to pay they said $795, saying my warranty insurance only pay half of it

It took 2 hours to perform an oil change. Before the service, I was given a price estimate just to learn, when I was paying the bill, a disposal surcharge had been added. This lack of transparency is the main reason for my review.

Everything from start to finish about this dealership is bad… Anybody can feel free to private message me and I will explain everything… From the Sale to me taking my car in for an oil change and coming out with my semi new car vibrating… My car was not vibrating on the way to get my oil changed nor had it ever vibrated. When I left there, my car was vibrating so bad… I took it back.
