Mr. Randy Christman did a great job for us. Our Labrador Retriever was ill and decorated our brand new carpet with diarrhea. Not good; quite a mess. Mr. Randy Christman came to our home, professionally and courteously described his cleaning process and then went to it with vigor. He did an outstanding job, returned with courtesy to readdress the worst stain, and helped us. Result: You have a new client. Here on in, we'll call Randy for our carpet cleaning needs. Thank you. I have used F&F for carpet cleaning and installation at our resort for 7 years and a previous resort for cleaning banquet chairs. They always do a great job and willing to work within the timetable we have available. Give them a try.

Have used for some time now. Super efficient, always great follow-up even though I don't follow up very well. The owner is in contact with his customers and knows them individually and takes the time to really know what they want and need. Love them.
