Fabulous! The folks from FNF took two carpets which they hand cleaned and delivered back to me in wonderful condition. They look like new! They also cleaned the grout throughout my house and did a wonderful job of that as well. I would recommend this company to anyone. They were prompt courteous and efficient.
I was very satisfied and Randy was able to fit me in the same day. He was also early for the appointment, which was even better. My carpet looks brand new! Thank you!
I would recommend them highly. Came at the time he said and worked until it was cleaned even though the carpets were left very dirty by a tenant.
Highly Recommend. My husband hired F & F over the weekend when I wasn't in town. I came home to AMAZINGLY clean carpet. It looked and smelled amazing. The tech was early although gave my husband time to get home. He was friendly and efficient. Customer Service is at the top of this companies list. I would highly recommend this company. We will never use another another.
It was our first time using F&F and I have to say that Randy was very professional and respectful and did a great job.
Excellent job. Owner was really nice and professional. He answered all my questions and quoted me the price (no hidden fees). His price was reasonable and inexpensive to what I expected since there was a lot of stains and covered lots of areas. Most of the stains are out and the ones that aren't he did explain to me upfront why (before he did cleaning). Overall I had a good experience and would definitely recommend.
You will not get better service for carpet cleaning.
I had a traffic area that other carpet cleaners had said needed to be replaced as it couldn't be cleaned. After F&F cleaned it, it looks new again! Amazing!
Good work. better than any other carpet cleaner we have used. Randy was very capable, accomodating and professional.
