Randy Christman arrived ahead of schedule and politely called to see if could come in. He was very professional and worked hard to produce a great result. If I had known how much better our floors would look I would have called sooner.

OMG!!!!!! I professionally manage a number of properties. As a result I have used many carpet cleaning services...including all the major ones....and quite a few mom and pops. NOTHING has compared with this experience. I read the reviews on Yelp and thought....cant hurt to try. I was very pleasantly surprised. The carpets came out great and they only charge for the areas they clean ...not by the "room"... I will have them out to all the properties as well as my personal home! Thanks guys!! Great Job!!!

Carpet cleaning. We live in Minnesota and just bought a 3 year old condo in Scottsdale, we went on line and saw the reviews for F&F, called Frank and the experience was just as we had read online...we were still back in Minnesota and Frank showed us why he is the guy to call...great service, always takes your calls and they do good work and show up as planned on time. We will definitely use them again and recomend them to anyone!

I will continue to use F&F because I am pleased each time when the jobs done. Carpets look great and smell fresh. On time is also a big consideration - each time I scheduled with F&F they were on time and competed the work promptly but with quality results.

Very satisfied with our carpet cleaning today. Jason was on time, knowledgable, courteous and efficient. Would have been a five star review except for the fact that the office in our house was left too wet.

I have used F & F for over 10 years. I have 2 kids and 2 big dogs. I am amazed at how clean the carpet is every time they finish. I highly recommend them.
