Randy was awesome..super professional and very friendly. As stated above, Randy showed up early for the appointment, was super professional and very friendly. He made sure that all walls were protected from hoses and cleaned up after himself. We would be more than happy to recommend Randy and F&F Carpet Cleaning. Thanks Vic & Michelle

AWESOME SAUCE...!!! My entire experience with F&F Carpet Cleaning was VERY positive. Fred was great when I called to set up the appointment. Even better tho, he did not hesitate to accommodate me when I had to reschedule TWICE. Great customer care! Randy was the tech that came out to clean my carpets and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Great job, Anderson! Jan 2015, Anderson Watchman showed up a few minutes early for our appointment. I showed him the areas, and he went right to work (and worked hard). A red wine stain vanished, and the heavy traffic areas looked better that they have in years. His work was so good, and the price so reasonable, I will have F&F back regularly. And no, I'm not at all connected with the company. It's just a pleasure to be happy with hired work and to write a review from the heart.

Should have done this long ago! Scheduling was super easy, appointment was 2 days out and Randy Christman was the technician. Randy arrived to my house a few minutes before the scheduled time (which never happens and was awesome!) and evaluated the condition of the carpet with me. He discussed the technique, his concerns and the outcome he expected. Randy was a pleasure to speak with and I felt completely comfortable with him working his magic. I have been using F& F Carpet cleaning for years, 110% satisfied, they are thorough, honest, and truly care about the work they do. They are tops in my book. Getting your furniture cleaned in AZ is also important here in the desert!
