Excellent Flexible service! Found this company on-line and was impressed with their reviews. We usually clean our own carpets, but our living room/dining room (light-colored berber) was too big for us to do on our busy schedule. We decided to do the three main living areas and scheduled the appointment. The night before, as we were emptying the living room, we realized our arm chairs also needed to be cleaned. great job - great service - I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a professional service to clean a delicate rug given to me from my mom. I was blown away with the equipment in your facility. I had no idea the kind of service you could offer. This rug did not look this good when it was brand new 40 years ago. I will recommend you without reservation.

Randy was great. Friendly and honest. The carpets turned out amazing. The pet odor is gone. This is the third company I tried and the carpets look like new. They were a bit pricey compared to the two other companies I used beforehand

What a Treat! Randy is a master of the craft! I was blown away when I walked in the door. Let me begin by saying that my carpets looked atrocious before Randy worked his magic—wine stains, matted dirt and perhaps the worst pet stains and odor in the world. My carpets literally looked better than the day I moved in—like new! F&F did a spectacular job and additionally was very thorough and friendly as he explained the rundown of services.
