I would recommend Discount AC Parts. We had a bit of turbulence regarding this order but Jonathon w/ Discount A/C parts made it right and restored my faith in this company. This is a customer service oriented company and I will definately be doing business with them again in the future. Excellent customer service. So grateful we found Discount AC Parts when we did. We were very frustrated with ordering parts and having to return them to other parts stores. Outstanding service in placing my order yesterday. I had some difficulty getting my order placed online, but when I called, I was delighted to have a customer service rep on the line immediately, and he had all my order detail right in front of him, and was able to take my cc over the phone, enter my order (even though it was late in the day Pacific time), ensured he'd enter the order personally for immediate shipment. I just bought an oem a/c compressor plus next day shipping way less expensive than anywhere else online. The speed, accuracy, advice and courtesy of the phone rep Christopher Patton greatly exceeded my expectations. This was my lst transaction with Discount AC Parts and Chris but won't be my last.
