"Excellent sales approach and easy process" Buddy Holquin, a sales professional, did a fantastic job to present us the desired vehicle. Produced a video, had the right attitude and provided the information to make the decision to drive to Capistrano. 1 hour drive for us. "Excellent customer service" I was going to wait (approximately 2 hours) while my car was being serviced but since they offered use of Uber to take me home & back it was greatly appreciated .

"It's why I keep coming back" I've purchased four VW's from this dealership over the years and the reason is because of the customer service. Great people that are always happy and prompt with their service. I would recommend anyone I know to get their next car from Capo...I don't own a Mazda, but if anyone is looking for a Mazda this would be the place to go because of the overall service and support the ownership gives you as a customer!

"Nick Colucci was AWESOME and CARING!" I contacted at least 20+ VW dealers from Ventura County, Los Angeles, and Orange County trying to find a special order 2019 VW SEL Premium Jetta, Sage Green, tan/black interior with the Cold Weather Package. Many dealers said they could order it yet it wasn't available with the C.W.P. Other dealers said they would check into it and never called back. "Our experience with the VM dealdership in San Juan Capistran" We liked the way Joey, our sales person, worked with us. The cars showed very well. The financing arrangements were good. We felt confident with our first purchase because the TiGuan drove so well so we went back for our second purchase which was a Jetta. We would recommend this dealership and the VW automobile very highly. We have driven nothing but Mercedes Benz since 1975. We traded in a E 350 and a 500SL. WE ARE NOW A VOLKSWAGEN FAMILY!!!

"Fast friendly " Went for a computer update. Was seen on time. Car returned within an hour n a half and was washed! N cleaned better than my local car wash!!!!!
