"Good but could be better " Brad took care of all my needs in a friendly manner. The only thing I was disappointed was I didn’t get a call or video when the techs were working on my car. I like that because I can see what they are doing. I think it was a busy day but I like updates especially when I’m spending a lot of money. Overall experience was good.

"Thanks for accommodating!" Just what I needed--another task on my plate! Instead, Capistrano Volkswagen took care of it! I was able to get a quick appointment ... bonus to get 60,000 maintenance done at the same time. Had a rental car. Car done in and out same day. And, they took care of recall! Whew! "Excellent service dept" My VW Passat needed routine service. The service dept made an appointment for the day that was good for me. Service assistant was friendly and answered my questions prior to taking my car. I like getting the video while they are servicing my car to explain what he is doing. I continue to return to Capistrano VW because of their good service dept.. I could go to a VW dealer closer to my home but I'd rather drive a little further for this great service. Thank you Capistrano VW.

"Jetta purchase for son. First car. " JJ was very informative and efficient in educating us about our options. We reviewed new cars, CPO and finally landed on a pre owned Jetta that was used as a loaner car. Great experience all around.

"Amazing Sales Experience" After talking to Steve Skinner, I came in to look at an e-golf that I fell in love with. I never felt pressured or stressed to buy, everything was transparent, and the entire process was easy as could be. When I realized that the range of an electric car just wasn't going to be doable with my commuting habits I was able to exchange the car with no trouble at all. "Service" I was a walk-in for a routine service and was greeted immediately and on my way within minutes. The service was completed in the designated timeline. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in my visit.

"Everything as promised." Everything went as planned. From the first contact at service desk, Fred was courteous and helpful. Loaner car was nice, time to fix car was astoundingly fast. The video is a definite plus. Good job everybody.

"Attentive and not too salesy" Great experience overall. Did walk away but came back the same day only a few hours later to have our request met and we drove away with our lovely Atlas!
