"Easy Peasy" The whole process was easy. We live 60 miles south of Capistrano VW, but they were the ones who were the most engaged and easy to deal with. Richard is clearly a brand ambassador and very knowledgable about all things VW (and science and beer!). All told it took a couple of hours to drive off in a shiny new GTi.

"Good Service But" I would have given 5 stars but they marked that the wipers was good and included on the 30k service but front and rear windshield wipers was not good since blades are cracked and ripped on the rear. Clearly it wasn’t checked I guess I have to order a set online. Brad was great though!

"Laid Back and Superfriendly Atmosphere " Best dealership in California! I've been to many dealerships in my lifetime.
