"Always a great experience." I purchased my car here back in 2008 and I have returned for every service since. They are honest, and explain everything to me in easy to understand (but not condescending) language. "Courteous, efficient and friendly." I called ahead to schedule my Golf sportswagon in for a recall repair and was given several date options that worked with my schedule. On service day I was treated with courtesy and efficiently. The work was completed timely and I even received a video of the technician performing the work on my vehicle. The car was washed and ready when I picked it up.

"TDI purchase" Good people! From my initial call to the dealership speaking with chuck regarding a “coming soon” TDI, and our arrival later that day, being assisted by Nick and Curtis in Chuck’s absence — everyone went above and beyond to insure everything went smoothly with the purchase.

"Prompt and Friendly Service " Jeff was great! He helped me right away and made sure I understood what was being done. I appreciate the video from Jonathan about my car, clear and thorough. Really pleasant experience. They even comped the paint sample I ordered! Thank you!

"Arlen Mack" Had an issue with a CPO purchase. Right turn signal not working properly. Called salesman who was unable t help. Took th car in to Arlen problem solv d immediately to m satisfaction.; Arlen was great and the reason why I will bring car back for service. JM

"Excellent customer service. Excellent service work. " Experience was excellent. Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Identified an issue I was unaware of, made a no-pressure service recommendation and walked me through my decision. Returned a clean and up-to-date care in a reasonable amount of time.

"Oil change" My overall service experience was good and service staff friendly and accommodating. Arriving around 7:15am, my oil was changed in a timely manner. I was informed that my alignment was slightly off and that it was corrected that no charge which I appreciated. I was told that they would wash my vehicle as well. When I went to my car, I noticed that the car was wet... perhaps rinsed, but definitely not washed. "My first car! " I leased my first car at capo vw. Chuck Lilly, my sales representative, was super helpful the whole time! I had quite a few questions about getting a new car, and I was a little worried I wasn't going to be able to afford it. Chuck helped make a plan that worked for me and I ended up with the car of my dreams! Thank you, Chuck :)
