I found the "fixed pricing" model to be highly competitive with other dealerships after some negotiating and with the value stated at TrueCar. April was very knowledgable about Routan's features even though its a discontinued model. She let us take our time and drive test multiple vehicles. The entire experience was hassle free and we left feeling that we got a great car at a great price.
