Cyrena also up to speed with the "Open Recall" I had on my car. B. Hector Arvizu, thee mechanic who repaired my car, did a thorough job fixing all needed services. C. Waiting room, comfortable

"A Wonderful Team!" We traveled 4 hours to purchase a vehicle here and it WAS worth it. The reviews were all accurate. I’ve never had such a good experience purchasing a car. And at 65 I’ve purchased my share of vehicles. Jerry Aydemir took a lot of time acquainting my husband and I with the tech extras in our Mazda CX-5 and we greatly appreciated it. "Cyrena was a godsend" I called Mazda when my car wouldn't start letting them know I was going to have AAA tow it in. They were ready to accept it, process me through quickly and thoughtfully and they even had a courtesy car waiting for me. The way they conducted business was fair and the outcome did not have unwelcome surprises. Very happy with their service and the how quickly they were able to help me.

"Staff is very professional and caring." In spite of a rather small hidden location of this Mazda center, the service is excellent, staff is very cordial and the mechanic came out to explain to me what the problem was with my car and how will be fixed, just the way my patients expect me to do when they come to visit me. "Fast and through service" Alex is great. She has a wonderful demeanor and personality. She is very customer oriented and is a delight to work with. I have nothing but positives to say about all my dealings with Capistrano Mazda. That is true if the sales team as well.
