"I needed a right front axle assembly for a 2007 volvo s80. My mechanic tried for weeks to get one from the junk yard and no luck. He said if I wanted a new one it would be over $500. I went online and typed in the exact part and buyautoparts.com came up with a listed piece of $148 including the shipping...I couldn't believe it. "When the dealer wanted $722 just for the part, a steering gear for 2006 Impala, I couldn't believe that Buy Auto Parts' price was $170 (both net of $100 core charge). Turns out this could have been the very same part that the dealer would have used. It was re manufactured in both cases. Short of it, I bought it, had my mechanic install, works great and no leaks. 36 month warranty was much more than the dealer offered. Free shipping and free return shipping for the core. "I ordered the parts on Sunday online(they are closed), had an email confirming my order Monday morning. My package was delivered on Wednesday. I had email customer service to make sure it was addressed correctly (something that is often messed up when ordering online) had a reply from customer service the same afternoon. Over all one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, I will definitely be ordering from them again."

"I was a little leery of this site based on some of the reviews but I could not have been happier with the result. We ordered a Turbo around 9:30am and it was delivered directly from the factory the following morning to our mechanic's shop. The part was brand new and the same price as our mechanic was finding refurbished ones. It also came with all the bits and pieces the mechanic needed ("kit").
