"I recently ordered a new AC compressor for my wife's car. I went to install it today and it was the wrong part. I call the customer service number for dicountacparts.com and I was connected to Matt. What a great help he was. He listened to my problem and quickly identified where the problem was with the ordering system. He set up the return postage for the incorrect part, ordered the proper part and did all of this in about 7 minutes. Thanks for all the help from Matt."
