"First of all, trying to get a rack and pinion became very difficult. Many local auto parts stores and online sites claimed to have "1-2 available " only to find out that it can't be ordered due to they are awaiting availability. Then they say it may be 7-10 days before it is in stock. Then I called Buy Auto Parts after seeing on their site "in stock" vs "available ". "I had to give Buy Auto Parts a call because there was an issue with my order. Upon calling, I got through to a live person in less than 10 min of waiting (win!), but then found out that the part I ordered was actually not in stock (no bueno, especially since time was running short to get the Jeep ready for 4th of July weekend). Anthonee, a Customer Service Specialist there, handled the problem extremely quickly and even sent me a part of greater value than the one I originally ordered, at no increase to the item price!
