"I thought my turbocharger was toast on my 2011 Kia Sportage. I ordered a new one from BuyAutoParts.com and it arrived earlier than quoted. That was the first "Yay!". It turned out that it was a connector rod and waste gate failure. I got that fixed and I did not need the factory OEM turbocharger. I contacted BuyAutoParts and was helped by Seth. Seth made it a very easy return/refund procedure and I will definitely be using BuyAutoParts for my future car needs. "
