"I had received the incorrect part. I actually ordered the incorrect part due to engine size. After calling tech support, the representative advised me of the return policy and restocking fees. The representative found the correct part for my car and I ordered it thru him. I was not charged for the return shipment or restocking fee. They shipped me a return label and the new part was on its way. Great service, and great experience for my mistake in ordering the wrong part. Thanks for the great service!"

"Great discounted price on full set of strut kits. Fairly easy to install (much easier than doing a strut alone which requires special tools to compress the spring). I highly recommend getting a 24" breaker bar if you don't already have one for loosening the bolts and getting proper torque on install. Shipped right away and arrived almost immediately with free ground shipping. I still have the rear set to do, but so far, it's been a great experience. "
